An RNLI crew has rescued a man from heavy seas just off Torquay.
The Torbay lifeboat was called to Princess Pier by the coastguard just after 8 last night and spotted him face down in the water.
One of the crew got in to save him and two of them administered CPR until he was taken to hospital by ambulance.
