A taxi firm is Newton Abbot has recruited fifteen Romanian drivers, saying it struggled to find anyone locally.
The managing director of Teignbridge Taxis said he worked long and hard to recuit someone from the area, but has no regrets with his choices.
But other taxi operators in the area have been critical of the move, as John Andrews reports.
