A man has appeared in court charged with the murder of 76-year-old Michael Brincat in Plymouth. The pensioner's body was found in a flat in Granby Way in Devonport last week.
52-year-old Brian Short was remanded in custody to appear before Plymouth Crown Court on Wednesday (20th).
He made no application for bail.
