Avalanche victim... "thoughtful and popular"

We are deeply saddened by this terrible news.

Will was a thoughtful, hardworking and popular student and part of our golf academy. He was planning to go into the services; he will be sadly missed.

Avalanche victim from Penzance

Police have named the third victim of last week's avalanche in the Cairngorms as 18-year-old William Currie from Penzance. The teenager was on a winter training exercise with Glenmore Lodge when he was caught up in the avalanche.
