Royal Cornwall Hospital patient pursuing legal action
There's more confusion and heartache tonight for one of the patients of a hospital consultant from Cornwall, who is at the centre of a surgery scandal.
Claire Hill has suffered continuously since an operation carried out by former gynaecologist Rob Jones at the Royal Cornwall Hospital . And, as if that wasn't bad enough, the same hospital is responsible for a new blunder.
Today, we tracked down Mr Jones and found him at a bed and breakfast he now runs on the outskirts of Truro.
