Falmouth's Ben Ainslie received knighthood at Buckingham Palace today. He sailed into the record books last year winning his fourth consecutive Olympic gold medal at the sailing in Weymouth and Portland. Sir Ben is now the most decorated Olympic sailor in the history of the Games.
