Plans to transform Plymouth's historic Sutton Harbour have been withdrawn. The £4 million boardwalk scheme was set to create restaurants, shops and cafes but was met with local opposition when they were unveiled last month.
Local objectors claimed the project would destroy the heritage of the area.
