Investigations are continuing in Cornwall after an elderly woman died when the car she was in rolled into the River Fal from a ferry slipway.
The vehicle was waiting to board the King Harry Ferry when it came off the slipway yesterday afternoon.
The car slid into the water and sank within minutes. Two dogs that were in the car at the time also died.
