Trial latest: notes from defendant's car refer to gun

The jury in the trial of two men accused of conspiring to kidnap and murder Joss Stone has been studying notes that were found in their car and flat in the Longsight area of Manchester.

The scribblings make lots of references to the singer and a plan to buy a semi-automatic weapon.

Kevin Liverpool and Junior Bradshaw deny three charges against them.

Two men have been found guilty of conspiring to rob and murder the soul singer Joss Stone. Kevin Liverpool, 35, and Junior Bradshaw, 32, were arrested near her home in 2011.
