The family of a woman who died after she was knocked down by a forklift truck criticised the lack of safety measures in her workplace.
An inquest has today returned a verdict of accidental death. 49 year old Annie Brennan died of multiple injuries after the accident at the Booker cash and carry warehouse in Avonmouth, Bristol in 2011.
Ms Brennan's family have instructed lawyers to investigate if more could have been done to prevent her death.
