Five people have now been taken to Royal Devon and Exeter hospital following a house fire in Honiton in Devon.
Three people have suffered serious injuries - a 17 year old girl, an 18 year old man and a three year old boy. The boy will be transferred to Frenchay Hospital in Bristol shortly.
A man in his 30s and a six year old boy are also being treated for smoke inhalation.
Police are not treating the fire as suspicious.
