Police have confirmed that two teenagers have died as a result of a house fire in Honiton, Devon.
The 17-year-old girl and 18-year-old boy died at the Royal Devon and Exeter Hospital where they had been airlifted to after the blaze yesterday morning.
A three-year-old boy remains in a serious condition in Frenchay Hospital near Bristol.
Police say they are not treating the fire as suspicious.
