Coastguards have resumed industrial action in a long-running dispute over pay.

They say they are not on strike, but are working to rule. The Public and Commercial Services Union says this is meant to make life difficult for their employers, but not put people's safety at risk.

The union says the government has failed to follow through on pay improvements promised after the cuts.
