Bideford Witches could be pardoned

Exeter MP Ben Bradshaw has backed a petition to pardon the 'Bideford Witches' who were hanged in Exeter in 1682. Three women were hanged at Exeter Prison where a plaque in Rougemont Gardens commemorates their death.
