The Chief Executive of the Royal Cornwall Hospitals NHS Trust has issued a statement following the resignation of Martin Watts as chairman.
We can confirm that Martin Watts has today resigned as Chairman of Royal Cornwall Hospitals NHS Trust.
We are talking to the NHS Trust Development Authority about interim arrangements.
