A deal's been agreed to hand Weymouth's Pavilion complex to a community group.

It was closed last month after the borough council decided it couldn't afford to keep it going. A local businessman led the succesful bid to take over the theatre.

The council will lend the group £150,000 and give it a share of revenue from the neighbouring car park.
