Bristol Rovers lost 3-1 at home to Championship side Watford. Rovers conceded three times in the first half. Eliot Richards pulled a goal back four minutes before the interval.

Cheltenham needed extra-time to get past League One side Crawley. The visitors led 3-1 after 65 minutes. But Terry Gornell and Byron Harrison scored twice in five minutes to level the scores, before Harrison scored the winner in the 114th minute.

Bristol City ended a run of 9 winless cup matches after a 2-0 win at Gillingham. Sam Baldock and Jordan Wynter with the goals for Sean O'Driscoll's men.

Yeovil won 1-0 at Southend thanks to Kevin Dawson's first half strike.

And Andy Williams' late strike gave Swindon a 1-0 win over Torquay United at the County Ground.
