Devon and Cornwall Police have said a 18 year old man arrested in connection with the death of 57-year-old Colin Palmer from St Austell on Saturday has been bailed until November.
Two other men aged 19 and 21 and a 16 year old boy, who had been bailed, have been released without any further action being taken.
