Around 250 homes have now been occupied Devon's new town Cranbrook,
It was built from scratch with most people moving from other parts of the county.
The area is also enjoying a baby boom.
The Vicar of Cranbrook, the Reverend Mark Gilborson, said the new town was a hive of activity and life:
