Affordability 'black-spots' for homes in South West

Research from a charity has found that only 6% of properties in the South West are affordable for families looking to buy their first home.

Several affordability "black-spots" were also uncovered by the study:

  • Exeter, where there were just six affordable properties
  • East Dorset, where there were 16 affordable homes for sale
  • Christchurch where there were 11
