As house prices soar once again and the government's 'Help to Buy' scheme kicks in early, a West Country Estate Agent has said his industry needs to bring in stricter self control.
Darren Lawson's comments come in the same week a TV documentary highlighted some of the slightly underhand tactics used by some estate agents to secure sales and commissions. Jeff Welch reports.
