The managing director of a Westcountry estate agent has said the industry needs to bring in stricter self control.
Darren Lawson's comments come in the same week a TV programme highlighted some of the tactics used by Estate Agents to secure sales and commissions.
Estate agents have been accused of exploiting customers for commercial gain.
