Greenpeace activists out on bail

Greenpeace activists Kieron Bryan and Alex Harris from Devon have been freed on bail in Russia. They were among 30 arrested two months ago after an Arctic oil rig protest. Another Devon detainee - Iain Rogers - is likely to be bailed soon.

Decision due on Devon Greenpeace detainees

Three Devon Greenpeace supporters being held in Russia could find out today whether they will be released on bail. In all, 30 people were arrested after a protest on an Arctic drilling platform two months ago, and 9 foreign nationals have already been granted bail.

Kieron Bryan, Alex Harris and Iain Rogers have been charged with hooliganism.
