The mother of murder victim Catherine Wells-Burr will be at an event today to mark the 40th anniversary of Victim Support. Since Catherine was murdered in Somerset in 2012, her parents have supported families in similar situations and campaigned for victims' rights.
Jayne Wells-Burr will be at a reception held by the Lord Mayor to celebrate the work of the charity, in Bristol.
