Westcountry storms dominate PMQs

The storms and floods have again dominated government business today. The Prime Minister chaired another meeting of the emergency planning committee.

Later in the Commons fielded questions from West Country MPs about the impact on business and tourism after the broken rail link at Dawlish.

He also denied the proposed HS2 high-speed line would divert money from the South West, as our political correspondent Bob Constantine reports.
