The open top bus will travel through the city centre and finish at the Guildhall where the Lord Mayor will hold a reception for players and officials. Thousands are expected to line the High Street to honour their cup heroes.
They beat the Northampton Saints 15-8 at Sandy Park on Sunday.
The win made them LV Cup title holders - the first major trophy in the club's 143-year history.
