Heather Ann Ogburn (56) from Plymouth, Devon, is founder of HMS Heroes and she is being recognised for services to education.
Elizabeth Margaret Ropschitz (62) from Teignmouth,Devon, who is a Mental Health Co-ordinator is being honoured for services to Older Prisoners in Devon.
The British Empire Medal (BEM) is being given to the following:
Percy George Davey (73) from Crediton,Devon, is being recognised for services to Young People in Crediton, Devon through the Scout Movement.
Desmond Norman Libby (58) from Fowey, Cornwall, is being recognised for services to the community in Polruan, Cornwall.
Donald John Roberts (84) from Torquay, Devon, is being recognised for services to young people through Swimming and to Bellringing in Torquay.
