Witness says 'someone could have been hurt'

A local supermarket in Yate has been completely blown a part, after robbers used explosives to open a cash machine. Stacie Orban lives nearby. She says she was 'shocked' by the incident and that if someone had been walking nearby at the time they could have been seriously hurt:

It's the latest in a series of raids across the Bristol area which has seen gas canisters and other devices rip open vaults of money secured in ATMs. Wednesday's incident on Station Road happened at around 3.30am and police are appealing for any witnesses.
