Staff at Swindon's BMW plant are striking today over a pension dispute.
It is the second of a series of eight 24 hour strikes - with Swindon participating in five of them.
On Wednesday, the plant in the Stratton area of the town saw workers take industrial action for the first time since the 1980s.
It comes after the company's announced it was to close the final salary pension scheme.
BMW say they "regretted" the decision by Unite to stage industrial action.
