Staff 'coping incredibly well' says Chief Executive at Weston General Hospital

The Chief Executive of Weston General Hospital has said his staff are not to blame for a damning report which has forced the hospital to close its Emergency department overnight.

The report from the Care Quality Commission found the hospital was unsafe because of a lack of senior doctors.

But James Rimmer, the Chief Executive, said the decision was not a reflection on his staff who are 'coping incredibly well'.
