Terror attack witness: vehicle was 'tearing down' busy Barcelona district

A young woman from Bath has told ITV West Country the atmosphere in Barcelona following a recent terror attack has left the city "eery" and "very unsettling".

Anna Freeman recently moved to Barcelona from London, and lives "20 seconds away" from where a vehicle mowed down locals and tourists, killing 13 and injuring more than 100.

Her housemate was at the scene of the attack, on Las Ramblas, where he saw the van "tearing down" along the pavement, although he managed to run to safety, he saw "bodies laying on the ground" and "people in panic":
