Former Cheltenham schoolboy takes abuse letter to PM

A man who says that he, and more than 100 other children, were abused at boarding schools in Gloucestershire and Wiltshire has taken his case to Downing Street.

Roy Messenger - who attended Dowdeswell Court near Cheltenham - wants an investigation into how much local councils and police knew about the allegations at the time, and what they did to stop abuse.
