The journey continues for the four celebrities living on low income or benefits on neighbouring estates within minutes of Leeds city centre in West Yorkshire. In this final show the famous four, ex Spice Girl Mel B, actor Keith Allen, fashion expert Trinny Woodall and former rugby star Austin Healey are coming to the end of their week with their adopted families.

Austin has organised a meeting for troublesome teenager Luke with The Princes Trust, who can find work for young offenders. He goes rugby training with Luke's younger brother, 15 year old Patsy as he encourages him to believe in himself and to focus in his schoolwork
Before Austin leaves he gives both boys rugby boots as a farewell gift and they are both overcome with emotion - but the mood is soured when that night Luke, who's been showing huge promise in mending his wayward ways absconds, leaving the house and breaking his bail conditions. Austin persuades Luke to return but a family row drives him away again. Austin feels he's failed and mum Debbie is heartbroken. Luke is grateful for Austin's belief in him and turns up for his arranged court appearance and is taken into custody, awaiting sentence for burglary and taking a car without consent.
Trinny is trying to fill 69 year old pensioner Christine's life with alternative interests to gambling her pension away at bingo and slot machines. She's organised swimming exercise for disabled Christine, introduces her to the internet and the possibility of dating, and tells her she is still a beautiful woman at nearly 70. Trinny realises that she too has gained from the experience.
Where Mel's staying teenager Tyrone didn't get out of bed to sign on and blames her. And Cousin Julie is getting annoyed by Mel's gym trips, leaving the kids in the care of the production chaperone. But Mel's determined to leave her mark and with the help of a donation from a local superstore gets the materials to decorate the bedroom for Chanelle, 12, Tamara, 8 and Elisha, 6. Their messy room is transformed with a lick of paint. And she leaves she puts into practice the money raising car wash she'd planned at the car park of a big supermarket. By washing local people's cars, posing for photographs and selling autographs Mel makes just over two hundred pounds to convert to vouchers to give to family.
The shortage of space in Keith's small council maisonette - that he's sharing with six children - has prompted him to buy them some second hand shelves from the budget but his concern for their need for footwear spurs Keith on to spend the last of his budget on inexpensive shoes for three of the children. He's also frustrated with the older boys. Keith goes to a friend's recording studio to record a song the two youngest came up with, but 18 year old Reece refuses to congratulate or encourage his younger siblings. Meanwhile 14 year old Mark refuses to take responsibility for the clean laundry which has fallen to the dirty ground. However Keith does think he's made inroads with 15 year old Carl who now wants to take up mechanical engineering instead of joining the army. Before leaving Keith says they've taught him to listen and tells the kids they're the most brilliant he's ever met, that he'll miss them but that the change within the house has to come from them. The residents the celebrities replaced are reunited with their families, as our celebrities hand back the keys to their houses and say goodbye to the households they've got to know so well across the week
