Surprise Surprise is hosted by Holly Willoughby, who will award the country’s most extraordinary people with spectacular surprises.
 
The series will feature a number of emotional surprises and dramatic family reunions, as Holly celebrates those who do so much for others and expect nothing in return.
 
Tonight, Hollywood legend Samuel L Jackson gives a special little boy a surprise he will never forget. 
 
Sam Goodsell, 10 from Maidstone has been nominated by his parents Barry and Ingrid Goodsell for showing love, support and compassion beyond his years to his younger sister Caitlin, 8.
 
Caitlin was born with a heart condition, and suffered a stroke at the age of four, leaving her with limited mobility down one side of her body. 
 
Big brother Sam is very aware of his sister’s disability and has been an absolute rock to his sister and parents, providing help and support to the whole family.
 
Sam receives the surprise of a lifetime from Samuel L Jackson, as he is invited to Los Angeles for an exclusive surprise at the Dreamworks Animation Studios.
 
Also on the show, Chloe New, 11 from Lancashire, will get a very special surprise from pop sensation Selena Gomez.
 
Chloe’s best friend Ellie Stirzaker, 12 from Lancashire, has nominated Chloe for the way she copes with cerebral palsy. 
 
Chloe was born ten weeks premature, and suffered a bleed on the brain, which led to her condition. It’s Ellie’s dream to be able to walk unaided, and she has just taken her first steps earlier this year. 
 
Other surprises include; Mark Wright delivers a very special thank you to a lady who has been fostering children for the past 24 years, and a green-fingered volunteer who created a community garden receives a royal surprise.
 
Each hour-long episode will be bursting with heartwarming surprises, as Holly and the team scour the nation to reward ordinary people with exceptional real life stories.
