Adrian Edmondson returns home to Yorkshire to bring us more stories behind another summer in the life of the people who live in the Yorkshire Dales.
This week The Dales is back with the Owen family as we find out just how shepherdess mum Amanda keeps her six children entertained during the long summer holidays at Ravenseat Farm. With Clive back on the farm to look after their flock, Amanda and her six children head off to an auction in Hawes with lambs to sell.
Meanwhile the show is in Harmby in Wensleydale to visit the Robinson family dairy farm. This summer young farmers James and Gayle Robinson will be competing at the local agricultural show, showing their calves Chloe and Flighty. But which sibling will come out on top on the big day?
And we are back with Dales folk band Fourum Folk as they prepare for their 40th anniversary concert. Ade Edmondson drops in on their rehearsal and joins in with a rendition of a song that will be premiered on the band’s historic night. It will be an emotional night for the band as it will be the first time they have played at The Georgian Theatre in Richmond without their late friend - former band member Bob Hattersley.
