Phillip Schofield and Christine Bleakley are back to usher in the New Year with the new series of Dancing on Ice 2013. 

 

Over 10 weeks, a collection of celebrities will battle it out for your votes and the chance to be crowned Dancing on Ice Champion 2013. 

 

Olympic skating legends Jayne Torvill and Christopher Dean once again take on the challenge of mentoring the novice celebrities, taking them from Bambi on ice to Bolero on ice. And this year Dancing on Ice : The Skate Off comes with a devilish twist – the celebrities who find themselves in the bottom have to perform a brand new routine to survive in the competition 

 

This year the most dangerous show on television returns with a spectacular array of even more performances and dramas. 

 

The cast includes: Baywatch superstar Pamela Anderson, pop star Shayne Ward, Olympic gymnast Beth Tweddle, TV presenter Keith Chegwin, Eastenders actor Matt Lapinskas, Coronation Street’s Samia Ghadie, Olympic boxing gold medallist Luke Campbell, The Only Way Is Essex star Lauren Goodger, comedian Joe Pasquale, rugby legend Gareth Thomas, TV presenter Anthea Turner and politician Oona King. 

 

Meanwhile the judging panel sees Robin Cousins joined by new face Ashley Roberts, as well as familiar faces Karen Barber and Jason Gardiner, whose tongue will no doubt be cutting a few of the celebs down to size if they slip at all. 

 

With standards higher than ever the celebrities face their toughest challenge yet. With spectacular routines, exciting challenges and plenty of twists and turns, expect the unexpected on the brand new series of Dancing on Ice.
