The Lakes at Christmas

In this second of two Christmas specials we catch up with micropig farmer Rob Rose and partner Helen as they prepare for a very different Christmas with six of their sows due to give birth. Last year they had the pitter patter of tiny feet with their Christmas Day baby Jamie – this year it’ll be the patter of tiny trotters.

Over on Ullswater Santa’s busy swapping his sleigh for a vintage steamer as he’s joined by his little Lakeland helper, Sammy the Squirrel.

And we join hoteliers the Nobletts and their guests for Christmas Day at the Langdale Chase as Thomas comes up with a surprise for his wife Clare.
