Buckingham Palace is where the journey to Westminster Abbey begins. It's also where Kate and William will return to - in a horse-drawn carriage - as man and wife.
Here's where the ceremony will take place. It's steeped in Royal history - Kings and Queens have been crowned at Westminster Abbey since 1066.
Horse Guards Parade was used for holding royal tournaments in Henry VIII's day. Now it's best known for hosting Trooping the Colour, which each year marks the Queen's official birthday.
The Mall is a road designed expressly for state occasions, and it's expected to be the busiest part of the route on April 29th. It has hosted state weddings and funerals for centuries.
This is the heart of UK Government, home to Cabinet Offices, the Cenotaph and Parliament Square. It'll be the last part of the journey before Westminster Abbey, where the wedding ceremony will take place.
