Managing Director of Rugby World Cup Limited Mike Miller talks to ITV.com/rugbyworldcup about his experiences of the 2011 tournament in New Zealand, and his hopes for the 2015 event in England.
"The whole country was engaged [in New Zealand] - wherever you are it's about rugby, but every Rugby World Cup is different.
"You have to have a very close relationship between the government at all levels, the organising committee and Rugby World Cup Limited.
"Rugby has very deep roots within the [English] culture - there'll be a very warm welcome here as there was in New Zealand.
"In New Zealand they don't have a culture of big midweek matches, which makes it very difficult to create a balanced schedule. We'll be able to do that here because people are used to having big Champions League and other midweek matches."
