New Zealand coach Graham Henry has stuck with the same team that defeated Australia for Sunday's World Cup final against France in Auckland.
The only change is on the bench where Adam Thomson replaces Victor Vito as the back-up loose forward. Thomson had been battling an ankle injury he sustained in the 37-17 victory over France in the pool phase.
"Picking the same side that played so well against Australia wasn't a difficult decision," said Henry.
"I've been with a lot of these guys for a long, long time and although they may be ranked the leading team in the world, they've never been world champions.
"It would be just marvellous to have that title because they've had every other title that is going in rugby, apart from this one.
"So for Richie [McCaw] and the boys I think it would be fabulous. And, you don't deserve that title until you do the job.
"I think they're good enough but that would be the icing on the cake, really."
New Zealand are aiming to win the World Cup for the first time since 1987 and are massive favourites to defeat a France side that has been out of sorts this tournament.
But Henry is not taking the French lightly, saying: "They've certainly got the individuals to produce that and it is just a question of whether they can produce that as a side.
"The word is that they have prepared well and they are very focused and are enjoying the underdog tag and they are using as much of the ammunition as they can through the media to get themselves up there."
However, he said he would not be giving his team any last-minute instructions before they head out onto the field for Sunday's final.
"I don't talk - seriously," he said. "Sunday night before they run out onto the field is their time.
"It has to be their time, they have to get their own minds right and settled and on the job. And people talking to them at that time is an absolute waste of time. In fact it is a distraction."
Captain Richie McCaw will win his 103rd cap and will join Jerome Kaino and Keiran Read in setting a record for the most experienced loose forward combination for the All Blacks, playing their 21st Test together.
Keven Mealamu will also join Sean Fitzpatrick as the most capped All Blacks hooker when he makes his 92nd Test appearance on Sunday.
"I think the guys have prepared well," added Henry. "This is our 12th Test in 14 weeks, I don't think that has happened before.
"So it's been pretty demanding, the constant rugby and the toll that takes on the body and mind.
"I think the biggest challenge is being astute in what you do... We can't be overly-physical at training and we haven't been.
"Hopefully we can get as full a tank as possible on Sunday. If we overdo it, we won't have that situation."
