Scotland scrum-half Rory Lawson believes that Scotland still have a chance of making the latter stages of the rugby World cup, despite losing 13-12 to Argentina in Wellington.
Argentine sub, Lucas Gonzales Amorosino, had only been on the field eight minutes when they were 12-6 down to score the match winning try. The result leaves Scotland on the brink of being knocked out for the first time in the pool stages.
Lawson analysed the match, "It was a tough game. It was tough to watch and i really felt we controlled the game. I felt we controlled the second half very well."
He went on to say, "Ultimately it was a 30 second lapse of concentration and a moment of individual brilliance that dictated the game."
Looking ahead he said, "We're not out of this competition yet and it will be a measure of how we react now."
He also had a warning for their next opponents England "We'll come out fighting next weekend. We know the challenge ahead."
