Show times are changing for your favourite soaps from July 23rd.

There's only a small change for Corrie as the half-an-hour episode at 7.30pm on Wednesdays will move to 8.30pm on Thursdays.

Emmerdale, meanwhile, will still be on at 7pm every night of the week, but instead of a one-hour episode on Tuesdays, there will be two 30 minute episodes at 7pm and 8pm on Thursdays.

So the schedule will be as follows:

Coronation Street
Mondays - 7.30pm and 8.30pm (30 mins)
Thursdays - 8.30pm (30 mins)
Fridays - 7.30pm and 8.30pm (30 mins)

Emmerdale
Mondays - 7pm (30 mins)
Tuesdays - 7pm (30 mins)
Wednesdays - 7pm (30 mins)
Thursdays - 7pm and 8pm (30 mins)
Fridays - 7pm (30 mins)

An ITV spokesman said: “Coronation Street will make a move from Wednesday to Thursday nights on ITV1 from July 23 as part of a change to the schedule to reflect ITV’s contracts for the Champions League, FA Cup and England internationals, which will see ITV1’s live football broadcast on Wednesday evenings. In addition, two separate episodes of Emmerdale will be broadcast on Thursdays from the same date."
