30 Jan, 2000. Shadrach made his first appearance on the day of Butch’s funeral, together with Charity and Cain. Got stuck into drinking the whisky Eric Pollard had brought and was so drunk he fell over when he tried to help carry the coffin.
Memorable moments
- When Shadrach was knocked over in a hit-and-run car incident that Chris Tate set up to try and get Cain. Unfortunately, Shadrach ended up with two arms in plaster.
- When he met his daughter, Genesis, for the first time since giving her up for adoption as a child.
About the actor
Andy Devine recently took part in ITV1’s Soapstar Superschef with co-star James Hooten, who plays Sam Dingle. The pair finished last.
Andy has also set up his own drama school in Leeds.
