Key man: Winger Albert Adomah (pictured) had another excellent season in 2011-12 after winning the club's player of the year award a year earlier. Strikers Jon Stead and Brett Pitman will rely on him to create chances.

Chances: McInnes is regarded as one of the most highly-rated managers in Britain and enjoyed instant success at Ashton Gate as he steered the Robins clear of relegation last season. Will be hoping for a higher finish in his first full campaign in charge.
