Rumour: Sturridge on brink of Liverpool move
Chelsea's out-of-favour forward Daniel Sturridge is tipped to join Liverpool before the end of the year, for a £12m transfer fee.
The departure of Didier Drogba at the end of last season was Sturridge's cue to secure a regular first-team place at Stamford Bridge, but he's failed to make that happen and the former Man City man may now move back to the north of England, to team up with Brendan Rodgers at Anfield.
Rumours that Daniel Sturridge is to have a medical at Melwood tomorrow ahead of a proposed £12m move to Liverpool.
