Manchester City manager Roberto Mancini has refuted talk of a spat between himself and hat-trick hero against Barnsley Carlos Tevez.
Tevez appeared to exchange words with Mancini when he came off in the second half, but the Italian insisted it was nothing.
"I asked him if he had a problem (injury), but he said no," Mancini told ESPN. "Three goals for Carlos are good for him."
The Italian also said he was "very pleased" with his side's display.
"After the game it's easy, but before it's never easy," the City boss said. "For this reason it's important to have good concentration. The other team don't have anything to lose."
