Roy Hodgson: Rio Ferdinand's decision to be a pundit is 'not my business'

England boss Roy Hodgson says Rio Ferdinand's decision to pull out of his squad and work for Al Jazeera instead is not his concern.

Speaking exclusively to ITV's Gabriel Clarke ahead of the Three Lions' two World Cup qualifiers away to San Marino and Montenegro, Hodgson says that once Ferdinand declared himself not fit for England duty he was entitled to do as he wished.

Meanwhile skipper Steven Gerrard told ITV another absentee through injury, Jack Wilshere, would be a big miss for England this week.
