David Moyes has won more points in his first six league games at Man United than Sir Alex Ferguson managed after taking over in 1986.
That may seem hard to believe after nearly three decades of mainly glorious years with Sir Alex at the helm, but it's true.
It took Fergie more than three years to get things right at Man United, as you can tell from this infamous banner produced during his early tenure.
Fergie replaced Ron Atkinson on November 6th 1986 when United were 21st in the old First Division after 13 games, so the circumstances were a little different.
After a poor start, he managed to steady the ship and guide Man United to 11th place at the end of his first year in charge, and didn't win his first trophy until lifting the FA Cup in 1990.
David Moyes will be hoping that like Ferguson, he receives plenty of support and time to turn things around at Old Trafford.
