Mikel Arteta is suspended following his sending-off in Saturday's win at Crystal Palace, but Jack Wilshere (ankle) is fit.
Serge Gnabry will be involved, if he can shake off an ankle injury ,along with Isaac Hayden and Ryo Miyachi, but Theo Walcott (abdominal), Yaya Sanogo (back), Lukas Podolski (hamstring), Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain and Abou Diaby (both knee) are all still out.
Jose Mourinho, meanwhile, will give his fringe players an opportunity.
