Ryan Rowe's double helped Stourbridge to a 4-1 win over Biggleswade and ensured the Glassboys reached the FA Cup second round for only the second time in their 137-year history.
Rowe struck twice in the first half while William Richards added a header in the second period and Luke Benbow netted the fourth late on.
Biggleswade started brightly but it was the hosts who took the lead with their first meaningful attack of the match.
Drewe Canavan whipped in a teasing cross from the right-flank and Rowe got ahead of Ian Brown to apply the finish on 12 minutes. But the Waders weren't ahead for long as Evan Key rose highest to meet a long ball into the box and direct a looping header over Dean Coleman minutes later.
Back came Stourbridge, however, and Rowe doubled his tally with a cool finish past the onrushing Brown.
Key missed a great chance to level matters immediately after the re-start, heading high and wide when unmarked at the back post.
But Stourbridge continued to press forward and they were rewarded when Richards was on hand to head home from a corner close to the hour mark before Benbow put the icing on the cake late on.
